Tomorrow night wouldn’t be a night out

I don’t listen to music that much anymore, but I do love to go and see the bands and singers who I really like live. The last time I went to a live show it was seeing Cher with my mother several years ago and it was fantastic. Tomorrow night, my husband and I will be seeing The Cult live. It’s the first time for both of us, and we rarely agree on music,so this is exciting. I’m really looking forward to this show, so I went to YouTube to check out recent clips of the band and found a great clip of The Cult performing for Howard Stern on his birthday this year and was very pleasantly surprised to hear Ian Astbury’s voice hasn’t changed much. He’s still hitting the notes, and he sounds good and not just for his age good. While searching for clips, I was reminded of just how many songs of theirs I know and love, which makes me even more excited to go. I hope they sing Edie, ciao baby, it’s my favorite Cult song!  I’ll let you know how it went soon 😏
