Alzheimer medication not yet approved in Canada
I’m of mixed feelings about this story. On the one hand, the medication only works on the disease in it’s early stages, and not many people even know they have it at that point. On the other hand, it’s a good jumping off point to find a medication that works for all stages of the disease. I think that Canada is smart to take the time to research the medication and the dangerous side effects, one of which is swelling of the brain.
