The drag chicken!
Today Athena saw her first drag chicken.
They’re both wonderfully curious about the creatures that roam outside. I couldn’t help but wonder if they were planning months worth of meals while drooling over the meat just strolling by.

We have Hadeda ibis that visit our garden daily, foraging for bugs across the lawn and sometimes in my raised garden beds They are quite big birds.
Our cats generally take a wide berth!
