There was not much need for me

How have you adapted to the changes brought on by the Covid-19 pandemic?

During the covid19 outbreak.Since I rarely leave the house in winter and never touch anything but my wheelchair, I didn’t need to adapt during the winter months. In spring, summer, and into mid autumn ,the only adaptation was wearing a face mask inside public areas, and that was for my protection because I’m immunocompromised. And then I got vaccinated.

Post covid, I’m still up to date with my vaccine. I still wear a mask if I have to go to the hospital or the doctors office. But that’s the only change to my life which, again, is for my own protection.

  1. My doctor got long-term covid and had to give up her practice. I got covid and was pretty ill although it didn’t seem that bad considering the kinds of flue we lived through back in the day with 103.104 temps and sick in bed for a week and more at a time.

  2. I realized how isolated my stalker had succeeded in making me when nothing at all changed for me during the COVID epidemic. I had my work, though, as do you, reaching out to the rest of us. That counts for a lot, doesn’t it?
