Like most people, over the holidays, I put on 5 to 7 lbs,and tomorrow, I will begin my diet. This diet is very simple. I will have my usual breakfast, either a smoothie or a piece of bread with PBNJ, then nothing until dinner, which won’t change at all. No more cookies, chocolate, chips, or donuts. Because I’m not trying to lose a lot of weight, that’s literally all I have to do. Except for my exercise. I will add 10 minutes to my usual routine every day. These easy changes should have me back to my comfortable weight in a month.
