What do you enjoy doing most in your leisure time?
I’m retired, so all of my time is leisure. I’m disabled, so 90 percent of my time is spent indoors. The time I enjoy most is the time I get to spend outside. Living in Canada means I have 3 ish seasons in which to get outside for about an hour in my wheelchair. My favorite thing to do outside is visit my local dog park and enjoy meeting all of the happy puppies of every breed and size. Nothing is happier than a dog who is off leash, and nothing sparks my joy as much as being around that energy.

Be fine soon dear 💟
My paralysis is permanent. But I am seeing tiny improvements.
My prayers will be permanent for you 🙏
Positive thoughts are welcome.

Like you, I’m retired: from federal service and from teaching college. My health limits my ability to get out and do much. So, I average reading one book per week and I write a blog. I also encourage other writers to contribute articles for my blog, and have had some very good success with that.

I have a stack of unread books awaiting me, all of which I’m dying to read. But I’m nervous that I won’t be able to read them because my eyesight has gotten worse,so rather than face possible failure, I just haven’t even opened them. I need to tap into some courage or get a really good magnifyer.
Oh, I agree with you! I love seeing dogs have a great time running and playing off leash!
It’s just a contagious kind of happy. Canadian winter is depressing. I can’t wait for the first nice spring outing.
