My 3 biggest pet peeves

Name your top three pet peeves.

I hate it when influencers can’t pronounce the brand names of the products they’re trying to sell. Contact the brand and ask them how to correctly pronounce the name instead of butchering it.

When people cut me off when I’m in my electric wheelchair is one of my biggest pet peeves. Not only do they make me have to stop short, which is dangerous for me, but it’s also dangerous for them because I can easily run into their legs. This is especially egregious when I’m in a hospital and a doctor does it.

If you want to know something about me, ask ME, not the person I’m with. It’s just rude. Again, especially egregious when a medical professional does it.  Most people who use electric wheelchairs can speak for themselves. If they can’t, they will let you know,or their caregiver will.

  1. I have a lifelong aversion to people slurping and eating with an open mouth. Drives me toward homicide. And I share your resentment of people speaking to the person with you instead of with you. I’m older than my wife, and look it. But I’m neither senile nor incompetent. Third, I dislike non-logical statements such as “I could care less” when the meaning is I could NOT care less.

  2. Mine are ASD-related, but if I start, you’ll have a manifesto here 😂. It’s also one of my top special interests, so I don’t know when to STFU.

Have you ever considered a Dukes of Hazzard horn, circa 1983? The louder the better!
