What makes a good neighbor?
A good neighbor will notice when something out of the ordinary happens and notify the authorities if necessary. A good neighbor will be careful to keep noise to a minimum. If you’re away, a good neighbor will take your mail in and keep it safe until you return or offer to water your plants while you’re gone. A good neighbor will not be looking over your shoulder at everything you do with a loud negative opinion. A good neighbor will make sure that their dog isn’t using your lawn as it’s bathroom ,unless they remove the stinky evidence. A good neighbor will not constantly knock on your door to borrow your things. A good neighbor won’t be a peeping Tom. A good neighbor will live and let live.

my Neighbour has the mind of a ten-year-old, even though he’s actually 82.
I feel very sad and pity for him.
Every time he doesn’t like some normal noise (or even lack of noise) he runs out to his gate and opens and shuts it, then goes back inside. He will do this 9 times a day (minimum).
