What are you doing this evening?
Next week. The hubby just picked up our tickets to see The Cult. Finally a band that we both like is coming to town! Also I’m getting a reline on my lower denture. And I’m having a face and neck treatment done.
Plus, tonight I will be watching Kamala Harris wipe the floor with an orange and blonde mop. It should be fun 😁.
I am so jealous. Last I saw the boys was when Ian was still very much in his cups and it was as disaster of a show (forgotten lyrics, stumbling, incoherent f-bomb tirades). I’ve heard he’s slowed down on the chemicals since and I would love to them when they are mostly “with it”, if the rumor is true. You’ll have to let us know.
Which is your favorite era/album? I have my fave songs across the board except on the more recent two or three albums, which I just haven’t taken the time to get familiar with.
I like a handful of their songs, including Sweet soul sister, Fire woman, rain,She sells sanctuary and my favorite Cult song, Edie,such a wonderful tribute to Edie Sedgwick.
All great songs, in my opinion. I’ve been on a Cult listening binge lately, interestingly enough.
