Once we got the TV back where we wanted it, we realized that there was a big, white space not being utilized above it . Now that the fireplace has been painted white, the empty space was glaring, so we decided to hang a masterpiece up.
We tried out a couple of paintings before finally choosing dessert, harmony in red, by Henri Matisse. Not only is it the perfect size, but the colors are really set off by the white background.
We’re not quite finished yet, there are more touches and more pictures coming soon.
