The other day hubby and went to view a gorgeous 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo condo with an amazing harbour view. We can afford it and it checked all the boxes for us except one kind of important one. Unfortunately the doorways to both bathrooms were too narrow for my wheelchair. Widening doorways in a condo is not only expensive, but difficult because you need permission from the condo board. I actually cried myself to sleep the night after seeing it and realizing that we couldn’t do it. Today, the seller has lowered the price by 100,000 dollars. If only the price drop came with permission to widen the doorways, we would buy it today. The search continues.

I stayed at a rented house for a wedding n my knuckles are black on both hands sigh. I do snd dont fe e l your pain. The loss of something valuable to you is really painful.my heart goes out to you.
