I love this video. As a wheelchair user I can tell you that strength is far more important than size. When I say strength, I mean both physical and mental strength. Inner strength is even more important than how much you can bench. Life will throw you all kinds of curve balls and some of them require you to adapt and that takes enormous amounts of Inner strength. My inner strength is the thing that I’m most proud of.

Thank you very much. I couldn’t agree more. I’m terrified of what these young girls are going to right now because they’re never skinny enough. It angers me no end that when another woman would put women down when women face such aggressiveness against their body, their mind, their spirit, their wholeness as is this angers me no end, so I’m really proud of this woman for taking her on yes, ma’am.
Absolutely and it’s been a problem since the 1960s and Twiggy, followed by Karen Carpenter in the 70s and Kate Moss in the 90s. If you have any younger girls in your life, I highly recommend showing them the music and video of Christina Aguilera singing Beautiful.
