Canadians are boycotting the USA for travel as are other countries. What the USA fails to notice is that there’s a country just to the north of them that is getting a lot of attention from those other countries and a lot of support. Canadians are even deciding to travel within our own country to the potential tune of 9 billion dollars.
I’m a gazillion miles away, but I confess I would be nervous to go to the US… I’m happy to just stay close to home these days… but I would love to go back to Canada one day! Linda xx
Where have you visited previously?
When I was in my 20s I went to visit my sister at Pearson College on Vancouver Island, and we toured around British Colombia with my parents… it was decades ago, but I still remember it as being very similar to Australia culture wise – just much, much colder! And your wildlife was furrier! L xx
True on both counts. As for the furryness it’s nice to snuggle with on cold winter nights. 😻😊
🤣we get snakes and spiders and birds which don’t love a cuddle… maybe a kanga would let you… but I knew a man who got attacked after feeding them jam sandwiches for years and then one day he didn’t and the kangaroo was not impressed… he ended up in hospital… the man that is… not the kanga! xx
I’m not surprised, when it’s man vs kangaroo, my money is on the kangaroo every time.
Yep – some of them are big boys and super buff – don’t mess with them (or their families) especially in Spring!!
It’s akin to the bears up here, or the moose, or the geese.
or, or… yep… I suspect Mother Nature is the same the world over – wild means wild… forget at your peril!
Exactly 💯
